goddess Lohan and Mike

I immobilized mike's arms, put a spoon in his mouth so I can use it as an ashtray, smack the ashes in his mouth, but I want him to be uncomfortable holding the spoon without being able to drop it.
When I'm done, I put out the cigarette, spit it out and throw it all into his mouth, that's what an ashtray is for.
