STORY :
Rick Hunter is still being whipped. Unfortunately he loses and quickly gets taken out for the rest of the fight as Catwoman whips his hide. Suspended upright only by the power of the ropes holding him up against the wall, Captain Hardon calls for Rick to come back to attention, but Lieutenant Rick Hunter is unable to respond and is already . Catwoman pulls out Rick's sidearm and orders General Hardon to load the XPJ-1 into her military command vehicle. The general insists that it's HIS military command vehicle, but after Catwoman pulls the trigger and obliterates one fo the general's bronze stars on his flashy dress uniform, the general sheepishly agrees that the command vehicle belongs to Catwoman... now.
A week later, Catwoman is in Washington D.C. at her secret hideout above the Kitty-Kat Club. Safe from Batman's clutches and playing with the quantum gemerald, Catwoman is unprepared for Rick Hunter to track her down and find her and this time, Rick wants some revenge! Tackling Catwoman, they tussle on the bed back and forth, until Catwoman gets him in a leg-lock and starts squeezing him with all of her strength. With her might amplified by the Cat-Necklace that she's wearing, the leg crushing takes out even someone as mighty as Lieutenant Rick Hunter, cracking three ribs and putting him out of the battle. When he recovers, Rick discovers that he's tied up and Catwoman is shoving her crotch in his face to break his will and make him talk. Face-sitting continues for a good length of time, with Rick to talk with his mouth full for an embarrassing length of time as Catwoman sits on his face to shut him up.
Finally, Rick manages to palm the quantum gemerald and uses it to cut his way out of the ropes, but there's two final obstacles to Lieutenant Rick Hunter catching the criminal. One is Catwoman, and the other is General Hardon, who warns that if Rick doesn't complete this mission, he's going to be severely demoted and scrubbing latrines for the next year! Shazam! Does Rick Hunter have what it takes to win the day, or is he going to busted down to Buck Private for failing to capture Catwoman and to bring back the XPJ-1 and the Quantum Gemerald.
