Barb says this twice in a row! We put the ball gag on really tight for Barb's first bondage, but then we decided to put it on even tighter,so her ball gag is tightened even more on on screen! It is fun to watch and hear her reactions as this gag is put on so strict that she mmmphs out how tight it is 2 times in a row as can be heard! There was also a bit of footage of two pieces of microfoam tape being put on over the ball gag towards the finale of the clip.
