Linda wants to go out on a date wearing her new tight miniskirt and her brand new open toe heels. Linda's roommate is letting Linda stay at his house and he tells her that she must obey the rules of the house. She is told that she is not to go out dressed in such a tight skirt and if she tries to go out he will keep her tied up and gagged so her date will think that she blew him off.
