Sarah Brooke actually starts trying to scream, " HELP ME" through her gag, after she hears some people talking on the street right bellow us. Of course she is doing this as part of the story to some degree,but the fact is this was not planned and she is actually trying as hard as she can to be heard. The window is open and as soon as she heard a car door open and some talking she tried yelling out the window to get their attention, though she is gagged pretty well, as we could hear them,but they could not hear Sarah.
