Megan and Cathy work together with there wrists and ankles tied tight. There mouths are packed and they do a lot of very real gag talk back and forth though to call it gag talk is a bit of a stretch as it is more like mmphing sounds and they both become visibly frustrated that they can not get any words out. Realistic action between the two and it all happens naturally with real life friends.
