We had many requests for a big and strong guy to test Crossfit Cassie. Big Lou is 6 feet 3 inches tall and 175 pounds. The male towers over Cassie but she is agile and is able to deflect a Fireman's carry and end up catching Lou with her side headscissors. The falls start from standing position and the tall Lou is very difficult to control because of his long and strong limbs. When the action ends up on the mats, Cassie has the advantage and her quickness and strength are a huge problem for big Lou.
