I find it very hard to share my horrible, painful motions because I suffer so badly with crohns these days that it’s a private, sensitive topic for me and a time I want to be alone! But every now and then I’ll feel able to share, and this particular morning when I was suffering with painful, crampy bowels that were full of diarrhoea that just wouldn’t come out. I moan and I pant, my breaths area heavy and pained but I didn’t find relief from my sick intestines. Later that day I caught a short but urgent visit to the bathroom so I added the short clip I took where you can hear me unload as a bonus on the end!
