The video starts as Carmen is mixing the bleach. Kat, already in the salon chair and covered with a purple nylon cape. Carmen wraps a neck strip and a towel around her neck. She then applies a cream around Kat's hairline to avoid skin staining. With Carmen wearing her hair in rollers and a net, black latex gloves, and a black chemical gown, Carmen applies bleach on Kat's short bobbed hair. Carmen leaves Kat for awhile for her hair to process. When Carmen checks it later, the bleaching volume 40 isn't taking affect fast enough, so Carmen adds bleach volume 20.
