"You play a spy and you’re trying to sneak into an enemy facility. You film about 8-10 different scenes, but each one ends the same way: you’re discovered and suddenly zapped with a d-ath ray or riddled by a machine g-n (the weapon doesn’t have to be shown, it’s all in your reactions). You pretend to d-e in utter agony - not silly or comical, but sell it as best as you can - with wild twitching, convulsing, thrashing and kicking. Make sure it’s very rapid, convulsions, not slow and languid movements - do it almost like a cross between an electrocution and a machine g-nning. You make it look like you’re getting totally thrashed: back arching, legs kicking, your whole body writhing and squirming...plus the agonized facial expressions and vocals to go with it.

You can start each scene in different ways, but do it safely so you don’t fall too hard: - Crawling on hands and knees - Doing an army crawl flat on your belly - Lurking against a wall (spy girl!) - Standing in front of a bed or sofa that you can fling your body onto when you get hit - etc. If you can do it without making it look please kick out of your sneakers a few times, too. I love it when it looks like your clothes are all disheveled and your shoes slipped off from the wild thrashing... For dialogue, you don’t need to say much, but I’d love it if at least one of your d-aths is preceded by you realizing you’ve been caught in the act and you mutter something like “I’m fucked!” Each “d-ath” doesn’t need to last very long; you don’t have to keep thrashing forever before you go and play d-ad... maybe 10 seconds at most. The camera can stay on you for a few seconds before a new scene starts."
