1st clip: Two Sets of Handcuffs: A local business woman was recorded by her employer. Her offense: stealing some money. Police shows up and moments later, the woman finds herself in handcuffs. After reviewing the tape, she gets arrested for burglary. The cop is replacing the handcuffs and for a brief period of time, she's cuffed with two sets. The officer isn't taking any risk, of course.
