A routine arrest for the local cop: a female criminal gets arrested and handcuffed, The cop is frisking the arrestee, when she is trying to bribe the cop. Taking all the money and contraband, the cop is placing the arrested woman - who is still trying to convince the cop, to let her go - in the back of her car. But just as she is closing the cardoor, an internal affairs officer shows up. As it turns out, she's no stranger to briberies and the internal affairs office was setting up this arrest. The bad cop is immediately handcuffed, frisked and placed in the back of the car.
