Katha is the key witness in a case against a local criminal. She's transferred by an undercover officer to a parking lot. Then she's helped out of the car and led through the streets to a safe house. There she was supposed to get picked up by another officer. Katha is not very happy with the way, the district attorney handles her case. When walking to the safe house, she tries to escape the firm grip of the officer more than once and is asking, why she's handcuffed.
