Officer Venus is waiting outside her car for a fugitive, who has promised, to turn herself in today. Finally Nastasia is coming and it's departement policy: she's handcuffed behind the back and leg shackled. After she's put into the car, she tells the officer, she needs a restroom. Handcuffed and shackled, she's led to it.
