Hope finds herself on my bed in an unusual bondage position. Her ankles are wrapped in leather cuffs which are padlocked together. The padlock holding them together is also looped through the ends of two spreader bars. The longer spreader bar runs up behind her back where it is padlocked to a slave collar around Hope's neck keeping her feet in a fixed position behind her. The shorter spreader bar rins between her legs and is padlocked on the other end to a pair of handcuffs which are binding Hope's wrists.
