Mai Mao has her hands cuffed above her head with the chain from the handcuffs chained to a bedpost. Her ankles are shackled together and the chain from the shackles is tied to the opposite bedpost keeping her nice and spread out. She has a ballgag in her mouth. One thing I really like about Mai is that she does a good job of testing out the bondage positions I place her in.
