Here we see Mai Mao in her underwear. Har wrists are cuffed and padlocked to a leather restraint belt around her waist. Her ankles are cuffed to a metal spreader bar which is hald in place on the bottom of the bed by rope tying it to the bedposts. She is also gagged as usual.
