I have Whitney sitting on my floor with her hands cuffed to a chain hanging from overhead. I locked her ankles in leather cuffs attached to a spreader bar. In order to keep her squirming around, I attached a chain to the spreader bar and locked the middle of it to the chain hanging from above. I then raised the chain until the spreader bar barely kept both of her feet from being able to reach the ground. Finally, I ballgagged her and hiked up her skirt to get it out of the way.
