In part 2 the Officer decides to only arrest the driver for driving impaired and lets the other two girls go. He searches the driver and then uncuffs the other two girls and sends them on their way. Later when he brings the driver into the police station the other two girls are already at the station because they got themselves arrested right after being let go by the first officer.
