In the first part of this clip Abby is brought into the police station cuffed behind her back. Based on what she is wearing it's obvious what she was arrested for. The officer starts taking off the cuffs when Abby tries to make a run for it. The officer grabs her and backup is on scene within seconds. Abby is hogcuffed on the floor.
