In part #3 the girls are at the station and are going to be put in transport chains. Kristi is still being a pain so she is put in a cell still cuffed behind her back while the officer puts transport chains on Anna Belle. Anna Belle is told to stand against the bars and then Kristi is taken out of the cell and put into high security transport restraints.
