In this clip Anna Belle is being arrested for drinking and driving. She is cuffed behind her back, but she starts acting up and resisting so the office decides to put legirons with a connector chain to her handcuffs on her. After those are put on she is put into the back of the car and seatbelted in. At the station she is taken from the car to a desk in the police station where she has her hands attached to a ring. When it's time to be taken to see the judge she has a leather waistbelt put in along with her handcuffs, connector chain, and legirons.
