Anna is in a max security prison and in solitary. Anytime she is out of her cell she has to be in restraints, even for her one hour of rec time. A guard applies high security legirons, cuffs, waistchain, and security box before taking Anna to an indoor rec area. In the rec area she has to walk back and forth on a line for exercise. She is not let out of her restraints for this and a guard monitors her the entire time. After the rec time she is taken back to her cell and the restraints are removed.
