In part 1 JJ Plush and Teresa Hughes play who have ties to the mob and the federal agent wants to use them to get information. He bust them out on the street and cuffs them behind the back. Next he takes them to a safe house and puts shackles on there ankles. He tells them he won't charge them with anything if they give up information, but they both refuse so he leads them out to take them to jail.
