In part#4 Betty Jaded has a waistchain put on her. Next she is told to kneel down so leg cuffs can be put on her. While waiting to be transported Betty gets upset and knocks over a chair. The police decide not to take any chances with her. She gets ball gagged, has her elbows cuffed together, and a padlock hooking her leg cuffs close together.
