In this part Betty is still all chained up and hardly able to move. It's time for her to go see the judge so the handcuffs on her ankles are taken off so she can walk (regular legcuffs are still on). She can walk, but she has to hunch over because of the connecting chain to her collar. She is taken to a holding area and left to sit in a chair to wait for the judge.
