In this clip both girls are in a waiting area cuffed in front. They were caught with in their prison cell so now they are being prepared for punishment. A guard comes in and put them both in transport chains with tight crotch chains. Next they are taken to the basement where they get neck cuffed to poles, gagged, and then get their prison usniforms cut off.
