In this last part Officer Lola and Tony decide to not take any more chances with Candle trying to get away so they put her into a straitjacket. After being tightly buckled in she is put back a chair to wait with Lola guarding her. Next they put a pair of jail pants on her before taking her to the judge. After putting those on Lola puts the leg shackles back and eventually leads Candle out of the room.
