In this clip Carissa refuses to leave a bar after the bartender repeatedly ask her to go. Eventually he has to call the police and that is when Officer Dixie comes in. She gives Carissa a chance to leave, but she ends up having to put the handcuffs on Carissa. After getting her cuffs she searches Carissa and then eventually takes her out of the bar and to the police station.
