In this clip Caroline has a detective come to her house and tells her she is under arrest for fraud at her job as a city controller. She can't believe and doesn't like being handcuffs. He also has a warrant to take her computers hard drive so she has to wait handcuffed while he gets that. At the station she gets her cuffs attached to the wall. After being like that for awhile she has leg cuffs put on and then has her cuffs taken off so she can make a phone call.
