This clip ended up a little like a soap/cheesy movie.....Cherry plays a women gets arrested a her house for and is taken to the station where she is put with JJ Plush is who under arrest for the same person. Both girls are left cuffed behind the back and have their ankles shackled together. At the end they are let up from the seats so they can be put into transport chains.
