In part 2 Crystal is brought into the station where she has to wait for a bit still cuffed behind her bank, but evenutally Officer Comet removes her handcuffs and then makes her undress for a strip search. Crystal won't hold her hands still so she gets cuffed behind the back for the strip search. After that she is allowed to put on a jumpsuit and then gets transport restraints put on.
