Crystal gets pulled over by Officer Dixie. Dixie suspects Crystal my have some illegal contraband on her so she gets her out of the car and performs a search. Dixie finds what she is looking for, but when she goes to arrest Crystal, Crystal tries to run away. Dixie catches her and throws her on the ground. During the struggle Dixie's belt falls off, but she is able to get and then handcuff Crystal behind the back. After a few minutes she gets Crystal up and pushes her onto the hood of the car while she searches the car and then at the end she leads Crystal off.
