In this clip Derek gets a letter in the mail because she missed a court date. It says that a warrant was issued for her so she decides to take care of it. She goes to the police with the later and turns herself in. She thinks that she can just pay a fine or something and is shocked when the handcuffs are slapped on her. Clip 4:12
