In this clip Kendall plays a who witnessed her boyfriend commit a crime, but will not talk to Detective Lee about it because she doesn't want her boyfriend to get into trouble. Detective Lee ask Tony for help and he suggest that they arrest Kendall for and most likely she will have on her which is a more serious crime and offer to drop the charges if she rats out her boyfriend. Detective Lee thinks it is a good idea and has Tony help her arrest Kendall.
