In part 4 the guard learns how to put a prisoner in a hogcuff and also how to use a metal dental gag. The guards make Dia stand up and put her hands through the bars so she can get cuffed behind the back. Next they enter the cells and she is put in a hogcuff and then gets the gag put in. After some teasing by the guard she is taken out of the cell and has a steel collar put on.
