In this clip Dixie is in the station cuffed behind her back wearing her winter coat and boats. She got arrested for a Silly driving accident and eventually she has her cuffs taken off and transport chains put on. After seeing the judge she gets sentenced so she is taken to another room where her cuffs are taken off and she has to strip down and change into a jail uniform.
