In this clip Dixie is brought in with her hands cuffed behind her and wearing leg shackles. She was arrested for dui and had to have leg shackles put on to keep her from kicking the police car windows. She is put in a chair and then gets searched. After that she ask to go to the restroom. She is taken down the how and one wrist is uncuffed, but the leg shackles stay on while she uses the restroom.
