In this clip Dorthy and Belle are waiting in chairs both cuffed behind the back. They are then taken to a holding cell to wait where Sass is already waiting to be taken to her parole hearing. After the officer leaves, Sass starts messing with the girls and makes them stand up and not sit on "her" bed. They eventually yell for the guard who tells them to just deal with it.
