In this clip Dorthy and Belle play girlfriends who like to have fun. Dorthy has Belle put on orange prisoner shorts and then she puts on a sexy police outfit. She arrest Belle and searches her before hogcuffing her on the floor. After that she decides to cuff her self next to Belle, but soon realizes she left the keys on the cabinet behind her. The way she cuffed herself she can't stand up. They are able to get to a phone and call the police who come and let them out, only to find that Belle has a warrant and she ends up back in cuffs.
