In part 3 Dorthy gets her jewelry taken away and has her restraints removed so she can change into an orange jail uniform. After changing she is put into full transport restraints including handcuffs with a plastic insert that makes them smaller so they fit tighter on her slender wrist. After getting all chained up she is put back in the holding cell.
