In this clip Dorthy is waiting in her jail cell wearing an orange jumpsuit and plastic flex cuffs behind her back. Eventually a guard comes in tells her she is going to see the judge at his house and the judge wants her in heavy restraints for the transport. She gets weighted leg irons put on and then a straitjacket.
