First I handcuff Ginger in front and put hiatt bar cuffs on her ankles. Then I use a padlock to hook the handcuffs to the bar cuffs. After she struggles some I put her in a hogcuff with the same cuffs. After she gets tire of it I unlock the padlock and one of her wrist and let her unlock the rest.
