In this clip Ivy Cat gets arrested and doesn't speak any english, only spanish. She doesn't undertand what she is handcuffed and will not calm down. She gets pushed against a wall and then on the ground where she gets a lock box and waistchain put on behind her back. Later when she calms down the waitchain is moved to the front and she is led down a series of hall ways.
