In this clip Julie is at home when an officer comes to her house to arrest her on a warrant. She can't believe she is getting arrested, but doesn't have much choice but to let the officer handcuff her. She gets searched and taken to the station. At the station she gets an ankle shackled to a bench and eventually ends up with a waist chain on.
