In this clip Kerri is placed under arrest for Silly driving. She's cuffed behind the back and taken to the police car. She's put into the back where she lays down because she's still Silly and keeps falling resting. At the station she is put into transport chains and then left to wait on a couch where she falls resting again. The officer has to wake her up in order to go see the judge.
