In this clip Monica is fighting with her roomates because she hasn't been paying rent and they are trying to kick her out. She doesn't want to leave so Dixie Comet calls the police and tells them that Monica has a warrant for her arrest. The police come and arrest an angry Monica. She is eventually taken out and put into the police car and taken to jail.
