In this clip Monica is pulled over by Officer Comet and ordered out of her truck since the plates came back stolen. She is ordered to her knees where Officer Comet handcuffs her behind the back. Next she is bent over the police car and searched before being locked completely in the back while Officer Comet searches her truck. She is then driven away to jail.
