In this clip Officer Dixie brings Morina in from court with her already wearing leg irons, cuffs, lockbox, and waistchain. She is put in a chair to wait and then later Dixie comes back in and takes off the waist chain and lock box and then makes Mornia put her hands behind her head while she searches her for any weapons or other contraband.
