In this clip Morina is sitting on a bench waiting with an ankle cuffed to the bench. She is waiting for someone to come and transport her to another state where she is wanted. Later a man comes in and tells her he has to put transport chains on. He first cuffs her behind the back while he gets stuff ready and then she has to undress and be searched. Later she puts her clothes back on and he starts putting transport chains on.
